Your Local Hands and Eyes

We will act as your eyes and ears, your head and your hands while you're at home. Once we know how you care for the villa, how you want your guests to be treated, and how you want to manage the relationship with your rental agencies and service suppliers, you can then just leave it with us.  Anything you want to know about, you will know about.  Everything else will just be done, as if you were here yourself.

Maintenance Support

Provide timely maintenance services, keeping villas in the condition the owners want, and resolving urgent maintenance, technical and customer service issues thoughtfully for your guests, and your peace of mind.  We faultlessly handle urgent 24 hour call outs for all maintenance issues.  We respond timely to maintenance issues found in advance of guest arrival, and we look for and can offer villa owners opportunities to make regular and planned improvements, if desired.

Easy Honest Communications

With us, we talk to you when you want.  Once per month, or every day.  Let us know your preference.

It is your villa, we just care for it while you're away. And we satisfy this requirement without charging you extra to do the things that show we actually care.

Service Suppliers

We have very good relationships with service suppliers for anything you could need or want. From temporary unskilled labour, to contracting professionals in pools, gardens, TV and internet, construction and administration.

We can also handle suppliers such as utilities, taxes and administrative work with the ayuntamiento and the gobierno

Future Proofing

We have organised and overseen many make-overs and refurbishments of villas to increase their max occupancy, to keep them looking new and attractive.  We can also advise about capturing and using solar energy and other green initiatives whether the motive is marketing, pride or just saving money.

We offer real time communications to ensure predictability and allow you to make informed decisions.

We'll agree a basic limit to spend when it needs spending, and anything over we'll always get authorisation first.  All planned works, we will help you find the right person for the job, and you are welcome to deal with them directly if you wish.

We conduct regular checks to prevent issues, to ensure your property value increases in correlation with property values in Playa Blanca. 

We will always do only what work you authorise and you will never feel pressurised by us into spending money.  All reinvestment in your villa will be done after your specific authorisation, following consideration on your part of verifiable facts and visible and transparent options.

Personalised Care

We don't manage villas the only way we know how. We will discuss every aspect of managing a villa with you to determine how you want your villa, and your guests cared for. It will be managed as though you were here. This service does not cost more. Despite the obvious advantages we remain competitive because, as we are proud that, we earn the money we make. We don't seek ways to add hidden nor inexplicable costs to your expenses.
